As we all know breakfast is the important meal of the day, the best thing to have in the morning would be a cheesy omelet and a glass of orange juice. Salt about 1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Green chilli (optional)
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Half onion chopped
Half tomato chopped ( the outer layer)
2 pieces of bread

So in a small bowl break your three eggs, along with that add your salt, pepper, green chilli, onions, garlic powder and tomato.
Now give this a nice thorough whisk.
So take your non-stick pan and place it on medium high heat
Place your butter and let it melt
Once the butter is melted place your whisked eggs in there.
Now you will see the top part become a bit cooked and there is no liquid, add your cheese on top
With a ladle go around so it does not stick, after 2-3 minutes flip it half ( little less if you like it half-done)
Cook both side for couple of seconds.
Then go ahead and place it in a plate.
Now in the same pan heat your two pieces of bread.
There you have it all ready to be served, now you can spread ketchup if you like not everyone likes that so it is all up to you. This is something you definitely want to give a try.
